AI-generated answers

Barra Assistant is an automated AI tool, not a person. Its answers are generated from information we've provided and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm specifications, compatibility and velocity figures on the product page and in the owner's manual before you rely on them.

Not an offer or guarantee

Prices, availability, shipping times, discounts or product recommendations mentioned in the chat are for general guidance only and aren't binding. What you see on the product page and at checkout, along with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, always takes priority.

Orders, returns and warranty

The assistant can't place, change or cancel orders, approve returns or refunds, decide warranty claims, or make exceptions to our policies. For any of these, contact our team through the Help Center and a real person will help.

Safety and legal questions

The assistant can share general information, but it isn't legal advice and can't confirm whether an airgun is legal to buy, carry or hunt with where you live. Check your state and local laws, and always follow the safety instructions in your owner's manual.

Your privacy

This chat is powered by a third-party AI service, and conversations may be stored and reviewed to improve our support. Don't share payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information. By using the chat, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
