Had my Barra 400e about a month now and the velocity has a sudden decline. The first 6 or 7b bb's just lob out of the barrel and then there's a slight increase in velocity but not like it should be. The barrel is clean and the battery is fully charged. Any idea of what my solution might be. Customer service is not reaching out to at all. Tried calling and email I get we will get back with you but never do. Any help is greatlyappreciated.
